OpenFOAM is a free,
open source CFD software package developed by OpenCFD Ltd at
ESI Group and distributed by the OpenFOAM Foundation . It
has a large user base across most areas of engineering and
science, from both commercial and academic organisations.
OpenFOAM has an extensive range of features to solve
anything from complex fluid flows involving chemical
reactions, turbulence and heat transfer, to solid dynamics
and electromagnetics |

OpenFlower is a free and open source CFD code (for Linux
and Windows) mainly intended to solve the turbulent
incompressible Navier-Stokes equations with a LES approach.
It can deal with arbitrary complex 3D geometries with its
finite volume approach. |

NaSt3DGP is an implementation of a solver for the incompressible
Navier-Stokes equations in three dimensions. It is based on a Chorin
type projection method. The main features of NaSt3DGP are: spatial
discretization by 2nd order finite differences on a rectangular, non-uniform,
staggered mesh convective term: higher order upwind schemes (VONOS,
SMART), central differences (2nd order), simple upwind (1st order)
2nd order Adams-Bashforth scheme for the time discretization
boundary conditions: slip, no slip, periodic, inflow, outflow (Neumann,
convective, natural) |

OpenFVM
is a general open source three-dimensional Computational
Fluid Dynamics (CFD) solver (for Linux and Windows). It uses
the unstructured finite volume method to simulate non-isothermal
transient flow. Gmsh is used for pre- and post- processing. |
